Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of adswentnuts.com and any related pages, forms, ads, and communications (together, the "Site") operated by Ads Went Nuts, the trade name of Connor Fleming, a sole proprietor based in Tampa, Florida ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, booking a demo, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What we do
Ads Went Nuts provides advertising, lead follow-up, and appointment booking services for landscaping and lawn care businesses. The Site describes those services and lets you request information or book a demo. Any services we provide to you are governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees, and terms. Nothing on the Site is an offer that binds us until that agreement is signed.
Booking a demo
Demos are scheduled through a third party scheduling tool. By booking, you agree to receive confirmation and reminder messages by email and, if you provided your mobile number and consent, by text message. You may cancel or reschedule using the links in your confirmation.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, our SMS Terms apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
No guaranteed results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your budget, your offer, and how quickly you respond to leads. Examples, illustrations, and descriptions on the Site are for information only and are not a promise of a specific number of leads, appointments, or sales.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with the Site or its security, that submits false or misleading information, or that infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, mascot artwork, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission.
Third party services
The Site links to and relies on third party services such as Calendly, Meta, and Google. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ads Went Nuts and Connor Fleming will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ads Went Nuts and Connor Fleming from any claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Text messaging
Ads Went Nuts sends customer care and marketing text messages to people who opt in: replies to an inquiry, help scheduling a demo, appointment confirmations and reminders, updates about the services you asked about, and occasional promotional offers about our advertising services. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also reach support at connor@adswentnuts.com or (877) 583-5530. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to opt in.
